Payment Terms:

  • 1,00,000 INR Deposit On Booking Time.
  • 50 % Of Tour Payment Before 60 Days Of Departure.
  • Full Payment Has to Be Clear Before 45 Days Of Departure.

Cancellation Charges Per Person:

  • 60 days or more before departure: ₹1,00,000

  • 59 to 45 days before departure: ₹1,50,000

  • 44 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost

  • 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost

Important Notes:

  • Group departure Tour cost is based on minimum 35 Adults traveling together, in case group does not meet the minimum no. of passenger requirement than group will be operated on FIT basis & supplement cost may apply.
  • Itinerary is subject to operations
  • Local Coach services provider may amend the route plan on tour for the betterment & comfortableness of the customer. Considering few factors like, driving time, weather, roads & route etc.
  • Meals – Only Breakfast as per Hotel Policy
  • All time duration of traveling and departure are approximate and may vary.
  • Vehicle/ Coach will be with you for 10 hours per Day – Only
  • No Vehicle/ Coach in Niagara Falls only airport transfers guest need to walk for meal and sightseeing’s
  • All Travel Easy Booking terms and conditions applicable
  • Guest hereby adhere to follow all terms and conditions of Travel Easy Holidays, Local Vendors / Service Provider and US Laws.
  • Tour rates are based on current fuel rates and subject to change if the fuel rates increase by 10%.
  • We reserve the right to re-shuffle / change / amend the itinerary as per the availability and conveniency of the tour.
  • Rides/ activities /Mount excursion or services not specifically mention as included – are not included.
  • ROE of AUD/EURO/USD/CHF etc. will be applicable as per the prevailing rate on the date of payments.
  • No refund / exchanges on unutilized services (accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services). Once the itinerary and timing will be finalized no changes allowed on tour, guest need to adhere to the timing and the schedule provided.
  • In case of non-operational of any sightseeing due weather condition or unavoidable circumstances, refunds are subject to the approval from local services provider.
  • Sightseeing are subject weather conditions. Cancellation charges (if any) will be applicable.
  • We are Travel Agent (Facilitator) not owner of any Airline/ Excursions/ Rail / Hotels/Services. They /Local Vendor/ Service provider reserves the right to operate /cancel /amend / Withdraw any booking or offer. We are not liable for the same. All sightseeing / excursions / activities are weather permitting and subject to operation as per their operational timings.
  • All rest of the terms and conditions applicable as mentioned under the quotation of Travel Easy Holidays.
  • A security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel when checking in.
  • Immigration clearance is sole responsibility of the guests.
  • Visa fess & Services charges are non-refundable (if in the package)
  • Standard Check-In time at all hotels is after 1500 hrs and Check-Out time is 1000 hrs (or as per Hotel Policy).
  • Room allocation Twin / Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check-in. as major room configuration in most of hotels is Twin.
  • Above Hotels are selected on the basis of general reviews and our experiences. Guest is requested to go through the hotel reviews and website before giving approval / go ahead with the booking.
  • All sightseeing will be as per the Govt./Tourism route and norms.
  • Resort / Offers deals are subject to confirmation at the time of booking, they reserve the right  to change, amend and withdraw any deal or offer at any given point of time.
  • Health related norms of each destination as well as Indian Govt. will apply (If any)
  • All Price are Per Person and valid for Indian Passport holder only
  • Airline / Immigration clearance is the sole responsible of the guests, we at Travel Easy Holidays do not take any responsibility of any mishap.
  • Cost is based on itinerary stated above, any changes in the itinerary plan/flow, route, no. of person date of travel etc. will attract a re-quote.
  • GST & TCS will be extra on and above the entire tour cost as per Indian Govt. Norms
  • Peak Season Surcharges may apply as your travel plan is falling under Peak Season.
  • By making initial deposit/ payment to process the booking you/guest agreed the terms and conditions of Travel Easy Holidays and they hereby adhere to follow payment and other policy.
  • Balance Payment 45 Days prior departure.
  • By acknowledging this quotation and making initial deposit guest/you/ Lead Person of the Group (on behalf of Group) hereby agree on all of the above terms and conditions of Travel Easy Holidays & local service provider and adhere to follow the payment and other policies.
