Payment Terms:

  • 1,00,000 INR Deposit On Booking Time.
  • 50 % Of Tour Payment Before 60 Days Of Departure.
  • Full Payment Has to Be Clear Before 45 Days Of Departure.

Cancellation Charges Per Person

  • 60 days or more before departure: ₹1,00,000

  • 59 to 45 days before departure: ₹1,50,000

  • 44 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost

  • 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost

  • Standard Check-In time at all hotels are after 1500 hrs and Check-Out time is 1000 hrs (or as
  • per Hotel Policy).
  • ROE for the above tour cost will be applicable as per the prevailing rate of exchange on the date
  • of payment.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable
  • Rides/ activities on Mount excursion or services not specifically mention are not included
  • No refund on unutilized services. Once the itinerary and timing will be finalized no changes allowed on tour, guest need to adhere to the timing and the schedule provided.
  • In certain sightseeing – Child(infant) cost might be applicable depending on the height criteria of that particular sightseeing. Currently we have not calculated the same. Guest might need to pay the charges at that sightseeing spot in-case if child/infant is not eligible for free access.
  • Room allocation Twin / Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check-in. As major room⎫ configuration in most of hotels is Twin.
  • Triple room might have extra bed / Rol away bed / Sofa bed – bedding will be as per the hotel

  • In case of non-operational of any sightseeing due weather condition or unavoidable circumstances, refunds are subject to the approval from local services provider.Sightseeing are subject weather conditions. Cancellation charges (if any) will be applicable.
